Rip off while being towed

Cologne --
Imagine your car being towed, but the company puts him out, despite not paying again.
That happened to Ben Marenbach (22) and Kaspar Drathen (29). My suspicion: The employer wanted them. Abzocken
Marenbach had wrongly parked on the street in Rösrather counsel, the rail service to the city of Cologne had him in tow. "We called in to the towing company, drove up and wanted the car back," he says.
Then: "The employer did not want to give up the car and claimed he had a written decision of the police that the car because of used tires is no longer roadworthy. But we might even buy him new tires and have them assembled in his workshop. "
Marenbach and Drathen alleged: "The abzocken wants us to earn additional money with tires and assembly."
EXPRESS drove to the towing and spoke with the boss. The denied all allegations Maren Bach. The disposal of the police, however, it was suddenly no longer writing - now a policeman who allegedly called the towing service. He wanted to come out with the car still does not.
As Marenbach then even the police called and asked for help, the problem was quickly solved. The civil servants hurrying noted: "The tires are down, but a traffic hazard, the car does not dar." In addition, closure orders would be made in writing and always subject to prior inspection by the police.
